I don't know Mark as well as many of you, only having crossed you at Falcon for a few years in the late 80's but you're someone one does not tend to 'forget', Mark. An inspiring person.

My main recollection of you in later life was that I became aware that you were fishing the canals and waterways of inner london, and actually caught trout! I found that immensly inspiring, and if you recall put you in touch with my Brother who was fairly new to London and a bush boy and a bit lost, you gave him a bunch of advice and direction and he ended up doing the same, fishing the waterways of Hammersmith and Barnes and got so much value of out it.

The ability to see beyond the concrete and bustle and to find nature and calm in the most unlikely of places sums up your character to me. Inspirational, and something I will always hold with me.
