Mark regularly said this to me when I was stressing or overthinking.
It drove me nuts and I would roll my eyes so hard at him!
But as the years have gone by it has popped into my head often. The last 24 hours I have thought of it a lot.

The other thing he did was make me listen to the sunset. He had this crazy notion that you could hear the sun when it disappeared. So there we'd sit, on the beach, like a couple of narnas, listening to the sun as it disappeared on the horizon.
Bizarrely, I listened to the sunset last weekend, and of course he came to mind.

So many happy memories.
